These Terms govern your use of the Ouroa website and interactive demo at ouroa.ai. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site and demo

The site presents information about Ouroa, our concierge product for resorts and hotels. The interactive demo is provided for evaluation only, uses sample data, and is not a live booking system. It creates no real reservations and no obligation on either side.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and design, and the Ouroa name and marks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, for example Cal.com for scheduling demos. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

No warranty

The site and demo are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ouroa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or demo.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ouroa against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site or demo at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the site, our users, or our systems.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Ouroa regarding your use of the site and supersede any prior understanding. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it, and you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.

Changes

We may update the site and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
